Use the same technique for the Green and Bluepolish.

For the tip I like to use 2-3 lines per colorand on the accent finger I use 3- 5 lines.

4.

Wait 5 minutes for the design to dry.

5.

Apply a quick drying top coat.

(Recommendation – Quick Drying Top Coat " Seche Vite" ) Why I like this Manicure:It so perfect for letting people know that your celebrating – Say your at a restaurantand the waiters look at your nails and you can tell them your wearing confetti nailsbecause Its your birthday – whink whink bring over the Free Ice Cream!! XO Manicure #2 1.

Apply a Base polish to protect your nailsform staining.

(Recommendation – Essie " Ridge Filling" ) 2.

Create the half-moon Mani(Recommendation – Purple Polish – Essie – " Full Steam Ahead" ) I like to cut the round stickers in half andapply it to the cuticle portion of my nail.

By cutting it in half and it allows the stickerto be placed all the way down on the edge by your skin! Now taking any polish color you would likeI'm using Purple Polish paint your nails a thick coat of polish andbefore the polish dries remove the sticker with a pair of tweezers! 3.

Create the crown on each nail.

(Recommendation – White polish – Sinful Colors " Snow Me White" )(Recommendation – Glitter Polish – Essie "Hors D'Oeuvres" ) Place the white polish on a ziplock bag andusing a detail brush create the crown Now switching to the stripper I find its easierto create the triangles.

Every crown has Jewels so add on the sparkle! 4.

Apply a quick drying top coat.
